Isabelle D. Varlan manages the TABC licensing process at Ranger Licensing, working directly with clients from initial application through approved permit. Licensed in Texas since 2019, she has built her career around Texas alcoholic beverage law, guiding retailers, manufacturers, and distributors across all three tiers of the industry through the permitting process.

Isabelle holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center and a Bachelor of Science (Cum Laude) from Tulane University. She is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and the Louisiana State Bar, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court and U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

In addition to her work at Ranger Licensing, Isabelle is a partner at Monshaugen & Van Huff, P.C., one of Texas’s leading TABC law firms, where she handles licensing, regulatory compliance, and administrative case defense. She is a member of the National Association of Alcohol Beverage Licensing Attorneys (NAABLA), the Houston Bar Association, the Houston Young Lawyers Association, the Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals, and the Texas Wine and Grape Growers Association.
