Ranger Licensing is a liquor licensing agency located in Houston, Texas that provides TABC licensing services throughout the State of Texas. Ranger specializes in providing liquor licensing services to all three tiers of the liquor industry: manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers. Ranger is operated by attorneys Al Van Huff and Isabelle Varlan, and in addition to liquor licensing we also provide legal services, including business formation and governance, purchase and sale agreements of businesses holding TABC permits, management and concession agreements, public entertainment facility certifications, and Federal TTB licensing. Ranger regularly provides licensing and legal services to bars, nightclubs, restaurants, hotels, breweries, wineries, distilleries, package stores, and wholesalers.
